Digital Product Designer (m/f/d)

• Work on various aspects of design-solutions, from Interaction Design to Visuals
• Engage with projects and products that span a wide range of digital platforms, such as mobile, web, TV, and physical/connected devices
• Ideate and design together with peers and clients, in close collaboration, iterating and improving digital experiences, while balancing business requirements and user needs
• Discuss and justify design decisions and give effective feedback and direction
• Work in a multi-lingual work-environment, predominantly English in client communication
• Conscientiously accompany product and feature creations, from the initial concept, all the way to the final technical handover-documents.
  • Boldly take on task – even if they are unexpected

• This task not only requires know-how and professional experience from a creative design background. Strong communication skills, openness and the ability to build trust and maintain relationships are just as important. • A good understanding of the various areas of specialization in the digital product creation (from concept to development support with interaction-, visual-, and motion-design specifications) and responsibility for documentation
• Eagerness for finding innovative solutions to complex challenges
• Comfortable in established, standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, etc.)
• Keen curiosity and drive to learn new tools, methods and expand one’s knowledge designing digital experiences
• Diligence and meticulous attention to details
• Ready to adapt to established methods & processes within an existing project and product environment and
• Ability to work and communicate your ideas and solutions clearly and precisely, and keep work transparent
• A strong sense for users’ sensitivities and needs in different context and the ability to formulate and visualize human-centered design solutions through sketches, flows, customer journeys, wireframes and visual design
• Passion to represent your team at WR in client and project contexts, holding up our beliefs and values a on a day-to-day basis
• Methodology knowledge in the implementation of agile projects (SCRUM, Canban) and agile DevOps environments such as SAFe or LeSS.
